Surveys are a great tool in understanding people’s thoughts, views, opinions, and intentions. An effective survey provides the correct questions and response choices to ensure what you want to measure is actually measured. A poorly written survey often returns vague or misleading findings.
Applying my background and education in psychology, marketing, and forensic interviewing, I’ll help to craft the proper questionnaire for your goals.
I tend not to rely on I Likert style surveys as most often people select 3 or 4. My surveys provide question response choices that help you learn the "most" from a participant's answer.
